Chandana Residence0301 / 13ResidentialGonigoda, Medawala, Kandy, Sri LankaChandana ResidenceA refined 3,000 sq.ft. two-storey contemporary residence designed for comfortable modern family living. The home features three spacious bedrooms, double-height living spaces, an open-plan living and dining area, a modern smart kitchen and a large covered underground car park. Warm timber finishes, neutral tones, large glazed openings and tropical greenery create an elegant yet welcoming residential environment.Bedrooms3Bathrooms3FloorsTwo-storeyView project
Hakgala Hillside A-Frame Villa0401 / 13HospitalityHakgala - NuwaraeliyaHakgala Hillside A-Frame VillaThe villa is organized as a sequence of three inhabited terraces below a road-level arrival. Instead of forcing a broad platform into the hillside, the building steps down in 2.7-metre level changes, allowing the structure to remain narrow, elevated and visually light against the terrain. The steep A-frame roof gives the house a clear mountain silhouette and quickly sheds Nuwara Eliya's frequent rain. Beneath it, dark timber cladding and teak-toned soffits bring warmth to the exterior, while charcoal steel braces express how the decks and glazed rooms are held above the slope. Exposed concrete piers and rough stone retaining walls anchor the lighter upper structure to the site. LivingBedrooms3 Bed RoomsBathrooms3 BathroomsFloorsThree StoryView project
Modern Unisex Beauty Lounge – Nittambuwa0601 / 08CommercialNittambuwaModern Unisex Beauty Lounge – NittambuwaDesigned to maximize both comfort and functionality within a 1,200 sq.ft footprint, this unisex beauty salon in Nittambuwa offers a high-end, immersive client experience. The spatial layout is carefully zoned to include a welcoming reception, distinct styling areas for both ladies and gentlemen, and private spaces for specialized treatments. The design language utilizes a sophisticated mix of warm wood paneling, fluted glass dividers, and brushed gold fixtures, all grounded by elegant marble-finish flooring and plush olive-green upholstery. Ambient LED backlighting and strategically placed greenery soften the modern architecture, creating a serene, oasis-like environment. From the open-plan FloorsOne levelFloor area1200View project
